Rachel is the owner and head chef at Well Fed Meals. Rachel's love for organic food grew while growing up in Kentucky where her family served foods they raised themselves.

As Rachel left home and attended the University of Kentucky, her passion for home cooked, freshly prepared farm-to-table meals grew. She has long believed that if you could offer prepared, fresh and nutritionally sound meals you could change the world one person at a time from the inside out.
